French Country
Kent Pecoy and Sons Construction Co. built this magnificent French Country Estate high atop a mountain in Western MA. Although it has the grace and splendor of an old manor home found nestled deep in the French countryside, the home offers all the flair and design ingenuity of the American lifestyle. The care in which stone, brick, cedar shakes and millwork were gracefully fitted together is a credit to the craftsmanship of the builder. Researching books and photographs of French Country homes allowed us to capture architectural details from the past. Studying homes from the past is a helpful tool as long as we adapt them to the way people live today.

Georgian Colonial:
Sporting a traditional Georgian exterior, this home commands charm and respect. The custom home was designed for its owner as well as its site. Today's new home buyers want a home with old world charm and all the amenities for our busy lives. Nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, solid surface countertops, state of the art heating systems and first floor master suites are in high demand in today's new construction market.

Adirondack:
This timeless design
Few things in life will reveal who you are as clearly as the home you choose to build. Selecting a plan gives a glimpse of your taste in architectural style and your eye for floor plans. In this home, natural cedar shakes, spectacular porches and a well thought out floor plan combine for a timeless quality that will be as appealing in fifty years as it is now.

Design Your Own Style:
The secret of this home's everlasting beauty is its striking combination of stone, wood siding and cedar shake roof. This home was a remodel from a Cape Cod style home to this one-of-a kind magnificent manor. Situated on a private lot, this home offers its owners a peaceful and quiet country setting. With all its challenges, retaining a portion of the existing home due to conservation issues as well as wetland issues, this spectacular home evolved as the builder, construction crew and homeowner worked together. Landscaped walls, constructed of native stone define the lawn. Much effort went into maintaining as much of the natural landscaping and trees as possible.

Perfect Empty Nest-
Designed for empty nesters, this home offers a first floor master suite with guest bedrooms upstairs. Forward thinking allowed the home to be designed with wider than normal hallways and doorways so as to accommodate a wheelchair if need be. Bathroom designs allowed for long term independent living. An inviting front and back porch allows the homeowners to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting of this charming home.
